Lana is a licensed Massage Therapist and member of l’Association des massothérapeutes du Quebec . She received her massage training from Kiné-Concept Institute and from Juliana Devillet, a registered massage teacher.

Lana incorporates a variety of Swedish massage techniques, Sport massage, deep and soft tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger point, Reflexology, REIKI and Yoga therapy.

With her therapeutic touch, she is able to release tension, stress, fatigue and bad posture.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and is a Yoga Alliance Registered and Certified HATHA Yoga Teacher. She completed her yoga teacher training in the summer of 2008.
